Purpose
The details you leave in the pre-registration form (name or company name, email address, chosen plan) are used only to contact you about the launch of the Equireff directory and to finalise your registration. We also keep a record of your consent: the text you accepted, the date and the IP address of the submission.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box provided for that purpose.
Retention period
If you don't become a customer, your data is deleted no later than twelve months after the directory opens. If you do, it is kept for as long as your subscription runs, then for as long as our accounting obligations require.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared. It is hosted on a server in the European Union; the confirmation email is sent from a Gmail mailbox (Google).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@equireff.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Visitor statistics, if enabled, are anonymous and require no cookie.
